Passenger door won't unlock on Nissan Qashqai

The passenger door on my 2007 Nissan Qashqai remains locked when all the other doors have opened using the key fob. It has just started happening and the only way to open the passenger door is from the inside. Once open I can only lock again using intelligent key and not fob. Any suggestion?

The lock servo has become sticky. Take the door card off, dismantle the servo and lubricate.
