Runflattery

I recently had suffered a puncture of one of my Bridgestone runflat tyres and had to run it flat to get the car to a place of safety. I then faced the task of having it replaced, urgently. My local BMW dealer wanted to charge £249.78. But Event Mobile Tyre Services based in Henley on Thames came to the rescue promptly and pleasantly and replaced the tyre for £160.99.

A good tip. Now that supply seems to be freeing up a bit, there’s no point in paying BMW garage rates to replace a runflat. The telephone number for Event Mobile Tyre Services, Henley is 01491 412453; national local branches at www.event-tyres.co.uk
