Is the DVLA accepting paper applications?

The DVLA call centre isn't open due to Covid 19. I posted my V5C application two weeks ago. The website now says no paper applications until further notice. Will my application be processed?

The DVLA are taking no paper applications at the moment due to coronavirus. I assume they won't be processing any either, especially not any sent in during the lockdown period, which began about 6 weeks ago. All applications must me done using the online forms on the DVLA's website.
