Poor paint finish after accident repair

My Mazda 6 was damaged by another vehicle in late-2017. This required a respray and the wing re-attached to the body correctly. Recently I was jet washing my car and noticed that a circular section of an inch or so of top paintwork was loose. Am I entitled to have this looked at and repaired?

Contact the insurer and advise them of the defective repairs, Advise you are rejecting goods and services under the 2015 Consumer Right Act, and that you are allowing "THEM" (they acted as the agent of repair) this opportunity to rectify the vehicle. The Insurer will try and direct you to the repairer to sort out. Inform the insurer that as "they" had authorised the repairs with the repairer and acted as "your" agent the contract of repair is between the repairer and insurer. Your contract is between you and the insurer. Should the vehicle not be rectified back to OE standard, you will then sue the insurer for breach of contract at the cost of rectification.
