  Remove tab from door latch, and remove the screw. Withdraw latch surround. Hold wood panel and ease forward towards the front of the car so it unclips and then remove. Remove two black screws from the trim panel (front also remove trim clip at leading edge of door trim) and remove panel bul lifting upwards.
