Overall reliability

Superb car esasily an equal to BMW etc

The Vector Sportwagon Automatic I bought from new has been outstanding! I have covered 110,000 miles in up to date and it has been trouble free, exciting and very economical. I intially had all the servicing done by the dealer but once the warranty ran out I did it myself...oil & filter changes etc. I have not changed the timing belt or water pump but these have not given any problem.I think now due to mileage I will change these items.
The handling of the car is amazing as it is very safe and stable (unlike dodgy rear wheel drive BMWs!), it grips really well. I never fail to get a kick out of the acceleration the Saab gives under kickdown. The paddle shift option also makes for good fun!
Overall this car has been a plush, exciting and reliable vehicle with plenty of load capability and if I could buy one again new I would.
My average MPG reflects mixture of urban and country road driving.
