2.2 CRD Limited 4X4 5dr SUV

Car OK but Jeep (FCA) Customer Care totally incompetent

Over the 5 years I have owned this car I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve 3 issues I had with the vehicle (Under warranty) without success. My local Jeep dealer nearly blew my head gasket- overheated and required a tow after they had "sorted " a heater problem. They also refused to carry out other warranty work (despite a letter from Jeep Customer Care) and now a total "cock up" from Jeep FCA (Milan) on trying to arrange a vehicle inspection in Scotland for body work issues under warranty.
