My verison of the temp gauge problem is: temp needle goes to 90 when I start. There is no issue when I travel below 45-50mph. When I get on a dual carriage way and go over 60mph, the temp needle seems to rise in parallel with the speedometer needle and the warning light comes on. Although I am fairly sure this is a gauge fault, as the water level in the engine is fine, I still have to slow down as I am not confident driving when the warning lights are flashing at me! When I slow down to belwo 50mph the temp needle drops to normal again. I have had the switch replaced but the problem still exists - any suggestions for fixing this problem. Please help!!!
