fiat doblo cargo - fiat doblo back doors not locking? - mr2 mk1

Hi,my back doors will not lock on my van,it makes the noise but doesnt lock,it seems to have 2 locks that locks onto bars,its the main big door that doesnt lock,

i can push the door to,but doesnt lock when i turn the key.

Any help would be much appreciated,thank you!
