1998 3.3 - heater flaps fix - jimmyybob
Hi, i have a 1998 voyager 3.3 ive heard that problems with the heater diversion flaps can be an expensive fix.
Mine seems to have a problem in that no matter where the diversion dial is set nothing much seems to change.
Does anyone know the 'actual' fault with these as it seems quite common and what is the fix.

Does it make a clicking noise? Look up next to the steering wheel you should be able to see the blend motor and the gears. If it?s a motor fault 3 screws and it?s off no problem and you can have a good look at the gears and see if any teeth are broken.

Hi, yes i can some sort of clicking noise.i will look in the morning.
Whats is the problem i keep hearing about with reference to the screen vents.???
