Mondeo ST220 - oil spec 5w30?

Mondeo ST220 - oil spec 5w30? - smoke
I decided to do throw caution to the wind, and changed the fiesta for an ST220 Mondeo. The car needs a service, and i just would like to check that the spec for the 3.0 Duratec is still 5w30 semi synth as opposed to anything else.
