Mitsubishi Charisma R reg - Lightshade
I have a mitsubishi charisma R reg. when I bought this car I never checked to see whether I had the wheel locking key for the alloy wheels. then i had a puncture and the wheel had to be taken off. Sadly the AA man could not take off the wheel without the key. When I took the car to the nearest kwik-fit they had to use a hammer to remove the nuts and as a result one of the nuts bolts was damaged so one of my back wheels now has 3 instead of four nuts. has anyone ever had a problme like this and is there any way of solving it without having to replace all the wheel coz frankly the cost of putting new wheels might now exceed the value of the car. Any Ideas..Thanks

Can't help with your question, but if I were you I wouldn't drive the car until the wheel is attached to the hub with 4 bolts again. A friend of mine had the wheel shear off because he only had 3 bolts holding his wheel on. Fortunately the only thing he hit when it happened was a ditch.
