Alfa Romeo Reviews

New Cars
Good: Impressive performance from 1750 turbocharged engine. Exotic specification of carbon fibre tub construction. Good looks and rarity.
Bad: Engine sounds terrible. Interior lacks quality for something costing £45,000. Heinously over-active steering requires constant corrections.
Good: New saloon from Alfa to replace the 159. Stunning looking. Top model rivals BMW M3.
Bad: On sale in the UK from late 2016.
Good: Characterful looks. Interior feels good quality. Impressive MultiAir engines are very efficient. Rides well. Strong JTDm diesels. Q2 electronic differential is very effective.
Bad: Not much rear legroom. Interior uses Fiat parts. 1750 TBi Cloverleaf a bit disappointing and thirsty.
Good: Great looks and some really nice details inside and out. TwinAir and MultiAir engines are fun. 1.3 JTDM diesel is frugal.
Bad: Not particularly good to drive. Can't compete with Audi A1 or MINI for quality. Not great value.
Good: Interior much improved over previous Alfa models. Excellent handling for an SUV. Impressive engines including 2.0-litre turbo petrol. Five star Euro NCAP rating.
Bad: Still not as well-executed as German rivals. Odd brake pedal feel.
