Is the petrol Mazda 3 2.0 SE-L a belt or chain cam?

Looking at a petrol Mazda 3 2.0 SE-L for £11,982. Could you advice any problems and is the engine on a timing belt or chain?

Lovely car. Tested here: 2.0-litre chain cam engine with 100PS 1.5 or 120PS or 165PS 2.0 Skyactiv G engine, all chain cam. Problems here:
