Why is the battery in the Toyota GT86 so small?

It appears that Toyota will change the battery in some instances in this model.

Standard is supposedly a 45A which they replace with a 65A.

Seems that the post-production Thatcham alarm/immobiliser fitted sometimes causes a draindown.
