How do I remove the door trim from the front door of my 2003 Vauxhall Omega?

I am in the process of replacing a central locking solenoid on the front door of my 2003 Vauxhall Omega. Having removed all of the obvious retaining screws I still cannot get the door trim to come off. It is as if it is still being held on by one or more screws somewhere around the middle of the door, but I cannot for the life of me see any screws or nuts to remove. They could, I suppose be covered by parts of the door trim, but I can not see/find any bits that I can get off. Can you help please?

Probably hidden behind the armrest.
