Ford Galaxy won't start

Yesterday I stalled my Ford Galaxy. When I restarted the engine the ABS light came on and remained lit. What does it mean? I am new to driving this particular car and all the instructions in the manual are in Portuguese!

It was probably built in Portugal. All Galaxys, Sharans and Alhambras were to to 2006. It's hard to connect failure of the ABS with a stalled engine, but diesels have a separate pump for the brake vacuum and it might be something to do with that. Can probably be re-set by someone with access to the ECU.
