My drive doesn't have a dropped kerb - is it an obstruction for my neighbours to park across it?

In our street all driveways apart from mine have driveways opposite each other, all with dropped curbs. However, as mine is the only without one, my neighbours park across from it. To get out of my driveway I have to mount the pavement. Is this an obstruction or am I being irrational to expect them to to park elsewhere?

If you don't have a dropped kerb, you don't have a legal entrance and therefore don't have any legal rights against the neighbour.
