As per title really.

Looking to upgrade the family bus and I,ve always used Autotrader but there seems to be less and less on there nowadays.

Are there any other websites backroomers use when they start their new (second hand) vehicle search?

i'm after used approved, up to 3 years old millage not to much of an issue as don't to huge millage not fussed on petrol or diesel aslong as its ULEZ compliant. I know my millage at around 10k puts me in petrol territory i've never had a problem with past diesel cars as they always get a good regular run as we live near a fast moving duel carriageway and are always driving along it to get anywhere from where we live. not sure on what car yes as undecided but to date in the 16 years i've been driving I've never bought a lemon. (goes off and toces wood)

The most up to date picture on what's in stock and what's sold will be a manufacturer's used vehicle locator on their website for finding cars from within a dealer network.

Dealers are increasingly saving money by using their own websites, this combined with the increase in options for online advertising of cars means autotrader is no longer holding the bulk of used stock. It means more online searching to dig up suitable cars but they are out there.

will give them all a go. Auto trader used to be the go to website just a shame its gotten to point where you have to search so many different websites to find the right car. would be nice if a website existed that could search all the different websites for you like the different comparison sites for insurance ect.

Have you thought of using a broker. Mine specialised in VW and knew the product inside out ie what to avoid etc.

Obviously a commission to pay but if you are busy? And he claimed to have bought one bad car in his career which then went to auction. He had contacts in the dealerships and access to closed auctions.

Try Ross at Burcham car sourcing. Look at his 100% trust pilot page - he is excellent and the fee you pay is very light for what you get.
