  I own a Ford Focus 1.8 petrol which has air conditioning fitted. I bought the car when it was 5 years old and I have no evidence that the air con system has ever been serviced and so far in the time that I have had it, I have had nothing done to it.

  Hi, I have a Ford Fiesta 1.8 D MK4 1998 car. I have a problem with the front suspension. On the suspension the worn parts have been replaced, the tires are new. There was also a wheel alignment. A haven't replaced the shock absorbers.

  i've recently got on finance a ford fiesta 04 plate . Only had for two months when the eac fail sign came up on the dash board and the power failed . it done this a couple of times and then stopped for a few days . now its started again and the engine management light has come on the garage i got it from has said i have to pay £70 for a diagnostics report and then the problem might not be covered by the warranty .

  Although not pretending to be smart enough to understand this, I can't see any reason why this should be... yes, I can see how performance and fuel economy can vary for a variety of reasons (including faulty sensors/electronics), but not related to the level in the coolant reservoir. Am I just stupid? Is he mistaken? Maybe it's a ploy by Ford/oil companies/whomever. Are there dark forces of the supernatural at play here? Suggestions appreciated. Please and thanks.

  Righto. I have a 1.6l Diesel Ford Fiesta MK6 (2006). Couple times now I've had the power steering give out, ABS, handbrake, speedo all flickering on and off. Battery is a bit low at 11.5v. When driving at the minute there's a sort of whining/squealing sound which you only hear at idle with revs or when driving.

  My 2007 ford  focus (1.6 petrol) has just failed its MOT on emissions.  The results were :  Fast idle: CO 9.43% HC 336 ppm Lambda 0.755 Second fast idle: CO 9.93 % HC 535ppm Lambda 0.734 Idle: CO 9.18% So it looks like it's failed on everything and the CO seems really high.

  HI Guys   Need some help, I am going for a PCP ona  Ford Mondeo. Now Ive stated gto the salesman that i need 15 thousand miles a year, he has put me on 8 thousand miles so the price comes down. On the signed sheet it states that if the milage exceeds 8 thousand then I will be charged Milage charge.

  Hi Guys, I've seen a little Ford Fiesta SPORT TDCI (panel van type) 63 reg I'd like to buy from an established independent dealer in my local area. However when I put the registration into any car valuation website it knows its a fiesta but can't bring back any form of valuation.

  "Super Plus Premium  WSS-M97B44 D E" I hope someone can help me, I have 2 litres of the above Ford Anti Freeze left over after a coolant change. I am wondering if I can use it in my water cooled motorcycle, can anyone advise me of where I can view the technical description of this product so I can come to an informed decision.

  Hi There, The injector four has gone on my Ford Fiesta Zetec 2004. My Mechanic can put a new part in but wouldn't be delivered for a week or a local supplier has a second hand complete rail ready to go. The new part is actually a tad cheaper but it's only one injector (but that's all that needs replacing) My quetsions is- what has been your experience of using second hand car parts?

  Hi, I have ford fiesta and I bought it from 16k miles but I've noticed recently It's quite sluggish while accelerating.I have also noticed it sometimes cuts out the accelartion for a split second like it wont accelerate but then it kicks back it's very minor and rare this happens.

  Bought a 2004 ford fiesta, I have the eight digit key code in case I lose the key but I wondered if this code is related to the radio code which is four digits. I don't have the radio code but did not want to remove the radio to get the serial number to look up the code.

  Hi There, Ran a self diagnostic on a Ford Fusion 1.4 tdci at the weekend and few things have thrown me: 1. Gauge sweep did not work, the needles kind of lifted a few mms and dropped back 2. Engine warning light illuminates on bulb test, but does NOT come on with ignition and then switch off as it should.

  Good morning all, new here.  I need a spot of advice.  We have 2 cars, one needs to go, but which one? Ford Focus Mk2 54 plate 1.6 lx 5dr 83500 miles , fsh, aftermarket tow bar. Rear axle bushes on the way out. Suzuki Ignis 54 plate 1.5 vvvt 4 grip 5dr, 33500 miles, fsh, radio/cd not working, paintwork on the bonnet very faded.

   I did have temporary difficulty in selecting reverse about 3k ago - but that's fine at the moment.  Local Ford garage suggests removing gearbox to investigate because has no experience of similar difficulties.  Do you know someone I could ask? many thanks

• Ford Focus TDCI 1.6 2006 - Powertrain light on. No codes! 1 Dec 2014 (Forum)
  Now, the powertrain light comes on and the car goes into limp mode but here's the thing. Even the local Ford dealership equipment won't show up any codes. Oddly, the light doesn't come on until the car has got about a mile down the road (or if I push it past 3000rpm) after a cold start. When the engine is properly warmed up there's a bit more power.
