  I then look the car on another drive and about 60 miles later the light reappeared. I was looking for advice to see if anyone had any ideas as to what this could be? Could it be ford have put some crap spark plugs in? Could the water have caused it? Is this a common issue with this car and the previous owner was covering this up? Any ideas on how to fix it, I don't really want to go back to ford ever as they charge way more than my local garage.

  I paid a very reasonable £11700 retail, for a 2.5 years old which had covered 55k miles. I will start with the good bits? The 120D is a fantastic driver?s car, and that begins with the superb 163 bhp chain-cam engine which delivers a combination of performance, economy and refinement which would have been inconceivable only a few years ago. It?s a winner.

  Hi all  After some help, brought my partner a mk2 ford focus as a runaround.  There's a issue with the passenger door, it doesn't fully shut unless you really slam the door or lean on the door heavily. It also opens when driving, it doesn't fully open but enough so you can hear the road noise and it brings on the interior lights.

  Hi all  Just looking for some advice from people who might have some knowledge on transits specifically injector failure and seizure.   I have a 2018 Ford Transit van camper conversion with only 47,000 km on the clock. It's 2.0l diesel EcoBoost... I left Ireland last Thursday, on what was going to be a trip of a lifetime around Europe. . Long story short, injector failure, injector seized and now new engine required.

  I have stopped using my Ford Focus that has an intermittent fault and have bought a newer car which I have taxed and transferred my insurance to. The old Focus is on my drive and I would not want to sell it to anyone with an intermitted fault, the bodywork does have some small dents and scratches as I used it for work and putting ladder on etc.

  Does anyone know the difference between Ford parts F1495707 and 2237340? They are for 195/45 R16 tyres and both seem to be described as 6.5Jx16" offset 41.5 15 spoke. They seem to be the same from pictures on the web. I have slightly warped front wheels (yet again) and am getting some vibration and road noise so need to replace them  ( more noise after several miles).

  I had a ford fiesta 2017 Ecoboost, I hit a curb on a roundabout going at about 30MPH and the front left wheel is bent inward. The passenger side SEAT airbag went off and the Passenger curtain airbag also went off.

  Hi All, i hope some one can help, i have a ford maverick 2.0 xlt and the ABS light started to come on, i took it to be looked at and the garage says it might be the sensor failing, they reset it but the light came back on. since then the light has gone off but when i brake i get a kicking feeling from the brake pedel... the brakes are also not very good.

  Can somebody help................ My ford focus has a problem with the revs....... When driving and stopping at a set of lights, foot off accelerator and clutch in, the revs start going up and down from about 500 to 1200 then drops lower and stalls, engine restarts fine, and all ok until next set of lights........... the engine does not do this when cold and the idle revs are higher, problem starts when engine is hot.......

  Hi Guys. Does anyone know how to remove the ECU from a 2003 Ford KA? From what I can see it looks like you need to remove the whole dash! Surely that's not right! On that note, does anyone know how to remove the dash. I located a couple of bolts behind platic covers on the door sill, and one bolt behind the platic cover on top of the dash on the passenger side, and although the dash is looser, it still doesn't want to go anywhere.

  I have a problem with my cooling system that has me baffled I have no hot coolant in header tank the pipe on the bottom of tank is cold I have heat inside the car and the temperature gauge goes up to half way quickly I've fitted a new water pump incase it was that still the same so I changed the thermostat and it's still the same I've completely blead the system of air so I know it's not a air lock Any help would be appreciated as I'm ready to give up with it  The car is a 2003 ford focus 1.8 ghia petrol

  Hi, The clutch pedal return spring on my Ford Focus Mk2 2006 1.6 LX petrol has snapped. The clutch pedal does return to its natural position and in goodish speed. There is just less force returning it to its natural position. Does the spring NEED replacing?
