Are these two Audi prices right?

I am currently looking at purchasing a used Audi A4 Avant and am looking at two in particular, both of which are being sold through Audi's used and approved scheme. If I list them both, plus give as detailed a spec as is possible could you tell me if they are asking too much and what, in your opinion, I should be looking to pay for either?

The 2010 S-Line is about right. Book retail for a standard S-Line with 35k is £18k, so they want £2k for the extra spec.

2011/61 Black Edition book retail with 17k miles is £22,750, so they want £2,250 for the extra spec and lower miles.

I wouldn't want an A4 on 19" wheels thanks very much.
