  • Review: Moto Guzzi V7 II 2016 (productReview)
Aside from that, the V7 is pretty conventional – the controls and riding experience are very easy to get to grips with. The seat height is forgivingly low and, despite that meaty-looking engine, the bike feels extremely manageable at low speeds. It weighs 189kg which, while far from super light, is by no means heavy – especially compared to something like the 229kg Harley Davidson Street 750.
  • RUNNING IN A DIESEL: What's the best way to run-in a diesel engine? (FAQs)
Peugeot/Citroen/Ford diesel engines don't need to get quite as hot as diesels in other makes because they use an additive to help regenerate the DPF. This used to be added to a tank under the back seat, but is now contained in a bladder that needs to be repalce around every 100,000 miles.
  • Storage of the Year shortlist (Article)
    >>Read the review here Travall dog guard The Travall Guard is a quality, custom fit barrier that slots in behind the back seats of your vehicle.  It's lightweight, easy to install and rattle-free, but it's also at the top end of the price scale for dog guards. There are various cheaper guard options, many of which are universal for all vehicles and will do the job.
  • Review: Honda CB1000R (productReview)
Sling your leg over the saddle, which is 830mm from the ground so not ideal for those with a shorter inside leg, and the impression of quality continues. The seat is quite thin but has enough padding to deal with the rides most CB owners will use it for – commuting, back road blasts and just heading to the shops for the sake of enjoying this bike. Spend more than a couple of hours on it, though, and you realise touring is not the CB100R’s forte.
  • Review: Razor Crazy Cart Shift (productReview)
As you can see from the pictures, the Crazy Cart Shift is a low, wide cart - meaning it has a low centre of gravity. The hard plastic seat was pretty unforgiving on my 23-year old back, as well as on the back of our 10-year-old product review assistant.
Honest John Awards 2019: The Winners (Article)
Combine that with enough space for the entire family and an engine line-up to suit all requirements, and it's easy to see why the Panamera takes this title. Estate of the Year - SEAT Leon ST Five years into its lifespan, the SEAT Leon ST still looks fresh, while its boot is one of the biggest in its class.
  • Review: Honda CB500X (productReview)
width=500&height=333.3333333333333" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/665222f88a844bb0a9f84b925a90ef2f" /> With the front screen now 20mm higher than before an adjustable to two heights, albeit with an Allen key to do this, you can tailor the seating position to suit and keep the weather at bay. Even the 830mm seat height isn’t as much of an issue as shorter riders might fear as the updated 500X’s fuel tank is now 20mm narrower. It allowed this 5'10" tester to get feet flat on the floor when coming to a halt.
  • Review: Kawasaki Z-125 (productReview)
It’s everything a new rider could ask for and has enough in reserve to keep longer-standing licence holders entertained. A more up to date dash display would be welcome and the pillion seat is more of a get-your-mate-home-in-an-emergency measure, yet these are small concerns next to everything the Z-125 does brilliantly.
  • Spring clean: 10 essentials for getting rid of winter muck (Article)
There’s a good chance the carpets will be a mess of dried up mud – and then there’s all the rest of the mess you tend to leave on seats and on the floor. Thankfully there’s a convenient alternative to trailing the upright vaccuum cleaner outside. This handheld rechargeable vaccuum cleaner is perfect for the tight confines of a car cabin and comes with attachments for getting into the nooks and crannies between the seats or in door pockets – so it’s the ideal tool for cleaning out a messy car.
  • Review: Piaggio MP3 300 and 500 (productReview)
There’s storage under the seat that’s big enough for a pair of full-face helmets and a three-section glovebox comes with a USB charging port. All of this makes the MP3 300 and 500 ideal for anyone looking for the minimum fuss for their daily riding needs.
  • Review: Peugeot Kisbee 50 (productReview)
There are plenty of other factors in this high ranking on the sales chart, such as the broad streak of excellent build quality that runs throughout this French machine. Poke around behind the plastics, under the seat and below where the engine and transmission live and you’ll find lots of neatly returned edges. All of the fixings and materials have a look and feel that says they’ll last more than the length of the two-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
  • Interior Car Care product of the Year shortlist (Article)
    >> Read our full review Halfords Upholstery Cleaner If you use your car to ferry around pets, kids or messy passengers, Halfords' Upholstery Cleaner will make short work of marks on seats. It' s ideal for spot removal, like pesky stains on upholstery. The foaming cleaner features a quick-drying formula so it's just a case of applying it to stubborn marks and giving it a scrub.
  • Used van buying guide: Peugeot Boxer 2006-2019 16 Jun 2025 (News)
As standard the Boxer comes with a single sliding side door, a second one being available as an option. Three seats come as standard in the cabin, the positioning of the gearlever so close to the steering wheel making that third one more useable than some rivals. Those seats are separated from the loadspace by a full height steel bulkhead.
  • Top 10: Ways to prevent car theft (Article)
Stoplock Pro steering lock The Stoplock Pro takes just a few seconds to put into place and the same to remove it; once secured the wheel can’t be turned even if the standard steering lock is defeated because the bottom section of the bar will collide with the seat or the legs of the person sat in the driver’s seat. The lock itself is also clearly robust, and the Stoplock Pro has Thatcham Category 3 approval. Where the Stoplock may not suit all vehicles is in the overall design.
  • Used Van Buying Guide: Dispatch 2007-2016 (Article)
One of the biggest issues with the Dispatch is the placement of the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). It’s situated under the driver’s seat, which, should the drainage holes around the front of the cab get blocked can lead to water getting under the seat and causing havoc with the electronics. Check for dampness, and clear the drain holes periodically to prevent this from happening.
  • Top 20: Camper van essentials (Article)
Giffgaff offers a simple, no-nonsense, data-only SIM card that is ideal – pop it in your portable hotspot, top it up with credit and you’re set for holiday internet access for as long as it's needed.   Seat back organiser – from £12 A bit of extra storage goes a long away in a camper van. A seat back organiser adds a few extra cubby holes without taking up much space. Typically used by parents to contain the various odds and ends needed when carrying kids in the back of a car, these can be extremely handy in a camper too.
  • Review: Kymco AK550 (productReview)
As a step-thru, it’s easy to sit on the AK550 as you just have to a lift a leg a little and drop down on to the seat, which has a height of 785mm. That’s not too high for most riders, though some with shorter legs might find the wide cushion of the Kymco means leaning a little to get a foot flat on the floor. None of this is much of an effort, even when the Kymco goes across the weighbridge at a surprisingly hefty 226kg.
  • Top 10: Gifts under £15 (Article)
It might even be entertaining enough to keep them busy past Boxing Day... Lazerbuilt Chewbacca’s Bandolier Seat Belt Cover Designed to look like the bandolier that Chewbacca wears in the films, this cheap and cheerful seat belt is the perfect gift for any Star Wars fan. The bandolier comes with velcro for fastening, with the reverse made of a scratch-resistant material.
  • Review: Mio MiVue 792 Wifi Pro (productReview)
width=500&height=333.3333333333333" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/c7a7981b97d54d949699e0c1c4e16886" /> The internal battery is strong enough to power the camera for a few minutes, but the lack of USB connection means you need to have built up enough power in the car to power it up, so you’ll be doing your scrolling through of your settings while sat in the driver’s seat. Once you have got the files off, they are good quality and the lens covers a wide angle, although at 140 degrees it is not as wide as other range topping rivals. Number plates are not as sharp as they are on models such as the more expensive Nextbase 612GW, and there is a small element of distortion at the edges of the image, but never enough to ruin the overall picture.
