Nissan Almera 1.5S 2001 model - Squealing noise when I depress the clutch pedal - subfrequenz
Hi,
I notice that when I depress the clutch pedal (when changing gears) that I hear a loud squealing sound. As soon as I engage gear/take my foot off the clutch pedal (in neutral or in gear) the noise stops. What could it be?!

worn clutch release bearing, migthgo on for a long time or disintegrate witha louder noise. Best option get this changed and at same time get clutch changed as well depending on the mileage and inspection once apart.

Hi thanks for reply. Yeah just phoned a Nissan main dealer and they said it was that too so good to get a confirmation. Will wait and see how it goes. Cheers.
