Brava 1.4 - Brava engine trouble - lboardman32
Brava 1.4 12 valve. After a short journey, say 5 mins, go to start the car. I have to put the pedal to the floor and crank the engine until it starts. Also sometimes the revs go up and down on their own. Does anyone have any ideas that could help. Thanks.

Its either a temp sensor or a steppermotor problem both give the same symptons when failing one is expensive and one quite cheap common problem on Fiat petrols ,you need the car ecu interagated to find out which one.
