Ford Mondeo TDCI (05) - Setting / Re-setting memory for electric window - bez

Does anyone know how to reset the window memory? I had some work done on the car which involved disconnecting the battery and now the window does'nt automaticly continue to close when I press the switch, I have to hold it down. Niggley but annoying!

A dedicated Ford owners club may be a better place to ask your query, but on cars I've owned the solution has been. Close it manually, release the button, then press close again for a few seconds.

I had this problem, albeit with my audi. I had to close the window by holding the button down and then continue to hold it for 10 seconds. The dealership told me to do this over the phone, a quick and easy solution. I guess Ford would be able to do the same?.
