I was re-ended in December whilst stationary in a traffic jam (car was written off).
I had a month off work due to whiplash and have been told I need 12 physio sessions and it will take 10.5 months to get back to normal. The insurance company’s legal team say I should claim for £1900 - £2100.
Does this seem like the right amount?

Seems rather low to me... however, it depends on your costs, and precedent - a quick trawl of the 'net reveals guidelines of:
* £750 to £2,500 if you make a complete recovery within 1 year
* £2,500 to £4,250 if you make a complete recovery within 2 years
* £4,250 to £7,750 (slow recovery, increased vulnerability)
* £7,750 to £13,750 if you have permanent ongoing symptoms
(cut'n'pasted)
