Just pick a small car that suits your needs - I wouldn't be swayed because one cost £35p.a. & was carp , over another that cost £60 & was good or whatever. RFL is a red herring - it'll be insignifigant compared to buying/depreciation/servicing costs between a whole range of low CO2 output cars. Now, if you're factoring BIK costs it's a bit different but you make no mention of it.
