Hi,
I've an Oct03 new megane saloon. So far it's been 5 times back to the dealer because of water getting into the plastic bottomed boot.
Each time it's come back, no better than before.....
Anyone else had this experience??? Know what needs to be done to resolve?
Cheers,
macca

No experience of Megane leaks, but I would get someone small enough who can fit in the boot with a torch and then someone else using a hosepipe / watering can to douse the back end of the car in water, starting from the bottom and slowly working upwards. Person inside boot checks for leaks.
Other cars (Ford Mondeo for example) suffer from leaky light clusters where the seals don't fit properly to the bodywork.
If a sunroof is fitted, check that the drainage pipework is actually routed to where it's supposed to be.

It's water for the dog.
Seriously, talc or flour spread around is good at showing up where the water leaks are, if you don't want to be done for imprisoning minors.
And check your sunroof drains work - by pouring water down the drains and watching for where it comes out.
