Peugeot 308 - Peugeot 308 flywheel replaced same time as clutch - Chris01

Hi I am looking at buying a 308 1.6 e-hdi 2012 plate with 78000 miles, the garage have replaced the clutch but not the flywheel. Should this be of concern? Do the flywheels last longer than the clutch on this model?

It depends largely on how its been driven but Hdi DMF's are generally longer lasting than most others. I had a 406 with 246k on it which as far as I know still had the original flywheel and clutch. I would have thought that the garage would have replaced the DMF if it had been showing signs of wear.
