BMW 3 Series Compact - removing the key and immobiliser - peterf50

Hi

I am building a track day car using a 325ti BMW and iI want to remove the key and ignition barrel and steering lock but how do I do this without arming the wonderful BMW immobiliser .

You'd be better asking on a BMW-specific forum - and asking contributors to PM you rather than post in public.

Or just find your neighbourhood toe-rag, I'm sure they know!
