2010 Renault Grand Modus 1.2 Tce - Renault Grand Modus Stalling - Spanish Fly

Hi, I have a very low mileage (12000) 2010 Grand Modus 1.2 Tce, which I have owned for 4 years. It is a great little car in almost all respects. The only small problem I have is that, when the car is warm, and usually after ticking over for a minutes or so, it stalls when I attempt to pull away. It always starts and runs fine immediately I turn the key again. Thanks
