Last night I found a tip of a screw driving sticking within the tyre(the tip was side by side) by the outer layer of the tyre. I checked this morning and the tyre seems to be the same also I done a bubble test and no air.

If the tyre has a bit of cut damaged on the outer layer of the tyre will it damage the car like suspension/shock absorbers/steering wheel/brakes or car mechanical parts when driving over normal roads/speed humps/potholes/uneven roads or any road.
