Since having the above car, it has most parts replaced and we now have a constant change of exhaust.

It has been said that there is too mcuh vibration on the engine? Could this be the reason why I have to have the exhaust changed (even under warranty) and I am not sure how long the garage will keep replacing. The last exhaust has been less than six months and it is blowing already.

If it is due to vibration on the engine, is this a cheap fix?

What happens to the exhaust, doest it break or corrode?

Did they just replace part of the exhaust? If so then it's likely another section has simply failed through old age or damage done while replacing another part.

It isn't a good model btw. The 3cyl 1.0 is notorious for timing chain problems so listen for the chain rattling, if it doesn't go away very quickly after starting then it's on its way out. Watch for failing steering racks too. A Fiesta 1.25 or Micra 1.2 would be better options.
