Hazards keep randoming coming on on my 2006 Micra C+C. Think there is a fault with the switch as when I touch it, it makes a crackling loose connection type noise and then lights flicker. I have purchased a replacement switch but can't work out how to remove it. Can anyone help?... Read more

Hi guys i have the above veiechle on a 10 plate,just before xmas i was driving along it just cut out compleatly egnition comes on but engine wont crank,have had three mechanics look at it and all three sugested diffrent things,one said it was bsi unit send it away to be fixed nothing wrong with it,second said it was fuse box bought a new one for 235 quid its still the same,if power is put into the fuse box into fuse no 10 she then will crank and by doing this you can get reding on the computer that comes up with low fuel pressure,but surely low fuel pressure would not stop the engine from cranking!!
Anybody had simelar problem and have any ideas of what this could be?... Read more
Earth strap has been removed and cleaned still nothing, its just wierd all other fuses apart from fuse no 10 seems to get full 12v into them fuse no 10 only gets 6v,when 12 v gets put directly into that fuse it cranks but wont start.,it seems that something is stoping the 12 v going into that fuse and only that fuse. Whrn ignition is switched on battery light flashes but nothing when you turn the key!!!
About to bid on a car on ebay so checked the MOT history. Last test was October 2019 at 114,000 miles. October 2018 was 160,000 miles! 2017 was 144,000, 2016 was 126,000. HERRO?
It also dropped by 12,000 miles from 2013 to 2014??... Read more

It's business as usual for now. As with any acquisition of a business, it takes time for a new owner to decide how best to integrate it. Since a large part of what Heycars have bought is the reputation for impartiality that Honestjohn.co.uk has built up, they will be well aware of the need for this to be maintained....
