My Ford Ka's failed its MOT badly - is it worth repairing?

I bought a Ford Ka about three months ago and just took it for an MOT which it failed badly! The offside rear (chassis) vehicle sturcture, nearside sill and offside floor pan have excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cms of the body mountings. Also, the nearside front suspension arm has excessive play in a pin/bush. Is it worth sorting all this out?

Not worth it. Scrap the Ka and spend the repair bill on something else.
