Cold starting problem on Xsara Picasso

I have a 2005 Xsara Picasso. In freezing temperatures, if I do not use the car every day, it will not start first thing in a morning. I have had a new battery fitted 2 weeks ago and the problem is still there. Once it has started with jump leads it always starts again even after a short run. The problem only occurs in a morning in my garage.

Well we would suggest that the ECT (engine coolant temp sensor) is checked out.
Also make sure that the Glow plug system is working (check the glow plug timer relay).

If all okay then you may need to check the Injectors (leak off test)

In addition you may need to check the EGR (exhaust gas recycling) solenoid.
