My new car' has had bodywork repairs that weren't declared

What are my rights, and should I be chasing? What are my realistic expectations?

Bought brand new car from main dealer - recently had minor bump - bodyshop experts tell me my new car has had lots of work previously. We've established that it left factory in perfect condition.

When confronted, the dealer stated that, yes, they had paintwork 'touched up' due to damage - and they just failed to tell me. The car was bought and sold as new - and the dealer withheld info and miss-sold me car. HELP!
