Will I be able to attend a speed awareness course?

My speeding points from 2017 expired in December, but I have another ticket from November 2020. Will I be offered the speed awareness course or not as the offence was within 3 years of my last offence?

I would lean towards no because - as you say - you can only attend a speed awareness course once every three years. Not every driver caught speeding will be offered the chance to take a speed awareness course either. This is partly because not all police forces subscribe to the programme. There is also a limit to how much you can break the speed limit by, so if your speeding was excessive, you’d be given penalty points and a fine.
