Citroen c3 1.4hdi - Poor starting - tazrhood
I have a c3 1.4 Hdi
When I start the engine from cold it takes ages to start.
The started motor is turning over, when you just about give up you hear a clunck under your left foot and then the car starts and runs great, no loss of power. Pulls away ok.
If you restart the engine while warm is starts no problem.
I have checked the low pressure fuel pipes, replaced the spill pipes and injector clips.
It looks like I am getting air in to the diesel or it waits until it has built up pressure before it will start. Any advice would be great.
