Fiesta 1999 - faint metallic ringing noise from exhaust? - clappedout

Hi

I can recently hear a faint metallic rattling noise from I think the exhaust - is this anything to worry about?

I'm not sure if it's just a loose exhaust pipe?

It's kind if like a hollow metallic ringing sound?

Most common issue with these is the aluminium exhaust heat sheild has come adrift where the body fixings have rotted away.Not too serious but get it checked.

So more noise polution rather than an underlying mechnical issue?
