Ford Kuga 2010 tdci 140 - Cold start problem - ste f

Hi please help when the temp in the mornings is below freezing my kuga will not idle it starts then cuts out if I keep the revs up for 5 mins it then idles fine and runs fine all day when temp is above freezing it starts and idles fine

Could be a glow plug related problem.Real pig to access them on this model.

Tried to start it this morning it starts but won't idle runs very lumpy and I've now got fault code p1169
