Slipping clutch on Honda Civc 2.2 D - would you reommend also getting DMF replaced?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic 2.2 diesel that has just passed 70,000 miles.

The clutch has started slipping in higher gears, and I have been told this needs to be replaced. Is it worth getting the DMF replaced at the same time or hope it lasts a few more years?

To go with official Honda parts this is over £900 but Honda will fit "unofficial" parts for around £500. What should I do?

It might be the DMF that is slipping or that is causing the clutch to slip. So yes.
