  The rear wiper blade on the Ford Focus II seems to be about 2" too short and when in use a wide untouched band is left at the top of the rear screen which is just where a tall person looks through. Does anyone know of a larger suitable replacement ?

  I recently noticed a Ford SUV that caught my eye as being compact and looked quite good (a bit like a Freelander shape). It is a Maverick but not the same Maverick as the Terrano shape. Looking on Autotrader they are called 'XLT' and seem only to be petrol.

  RE: 'Reduced circumstance' and 'Gearsick' I'm surprised, given he likes and recommends it, that HJ didn't recommend the Mazda CX-3 2.0 petrol SE-L Nav Auto for these people - a decent drive, ride comfort is fine on the 205/60 R16 tyres and the seating position is raised compared to the 2 and 3 - essentially a small CX-5 with a very nice auto box for the petrol engine. Neither party said they needed huge boot space (the CX-3's is average if you avoid the Sport model and get the add-on [expensive] space-saver tyre/wheel). I found it very good to drive when I tested it, just rather over-priced when new. I would hope if the people above go for a test drive in the newer KIAs/Hyundais (not the old Venga/ix20) that they check the ride quality, as the review on the HJ website side they were rather firm riding, like CX-3's Sport version.
