  The Nissan Pixo is a light, small five-door, four-seater 3,565 mm long, 1,600 mm wide and 1,470 mm high along the lines of a Citroen C1/Peugeot 107/Toyota Aygo. First shown at Paris Motor Show October 2008. It has a wheelbase of 2,360 mm.with a roomy interior and generous luggage space. It has a lively, highly efficient alloy block three cylinder 12 valve 1.0-litre engine. 65PS at 6,000rpm, 90Nm at 4,000rpm, 61.4mpg combined and just 103g/km CO2.

  BCA Tewkesbury back in business 5 May 2008 (News)
  The first sale at the refurbished BCA Tewkesbury took place on Friday 25 April 2008 and a record 433 cars were offered for sale – the biggest sale ever staged at the centre. Cars were entered for sale by BT Fleet, Citroen, CarGiant, Motorhouse 2000, Motability Operations, Peugeot, Fiat Auto UK, Alphabet GB and Lookers. BCA donated the first car to be sold - a 2002 VW Passat 130 TDi - in support of the Gloucestershire Flood Relief Fund.

A 68,000 mile 99T Citroen Berlingo 1.8 3-door with full length sliding roof sold for a surprisingly high £4,150. A few traders were complaining that they simply couldn't buy low enough to leave themselves any forcourt profit.

  Which is why a six month old 2001/51 Peugeot 607 2.2S auto with 24,000 miles attracted almost zero interest, starting at a pretend £11,100 with final bid of a provisional £12,550 to the waste-paper bin by the door. Same sort of story for Citroen C5s, now apparently subject to more recalls than the Pop Idol voting lines. £8,500 bid for a 13,000 mile 2001/51 1.8LX? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Joe Pub also seems to have been frightened off Alfa 156s with the brilliant-in-theory Selaspeed gearbox.

Mileage did not knock diesels back too badly either with £8,000 paid to secure an 86,000 mile Sharan TDI 90 S 7 seater and a massive £7,875 paid for a 103,000 mile 98R Passat TDI 110 Sport Estate which kicked off at £5,400 (reg 'R478 RTY' in case it gets a haircut).

  There’s no Book on the Pink, but the 09 Pop was very much in line with the new Book condition ratings, and the 09/59 Dualogic was only over by the original cost of its Metallic paint. A 23k mile 2010/60 Citroen DS3 1.6 HDI Black made significantly more than its new Book, selling to a top bid of £10,300. That doesn’t mean the Book is wrong. Just that someone wanted it so much they were prepared to pay £1,000 over.
