A much better car than the X1

I had the X1 for 2 years and did not like it. just bought the X2 four weeks ago and driven 1000 miles with a 500 mile round trip to Newcastle.

Very well finished on the inside, touchscreen which when you get used to it is very easy to use. especially for the navigation.

After 1000 miles I am showing 40.1 mpg, apart from the long trip to the N.E. its mainly round trips of 15 to 30 miles.

With the electronic gear box takes a little of getting used to with Reverse at the top, but the one touch park button works very well.

Compared with the X1 there is virtually no road noise when driving.

Overall I am very happy with everything about this car.

The only complain I would have is about BMW itself, In this type of car the driver has no visible view of the front of the bonnet and it does require a forward collision warning when parking as well as the rear which is fitted as standard to add this in a chargable package which not everybody wants is out of order and needs addressing.
