Full electric ix1 new

The car is great to drive ,very comfortable all round good vision ,plenty of room in the car ,lots of on screen choices the dealer suggested a wee gem in my view yes up to a point .

The most disappointing part is the mileage since taking delivery in August 2023 the mile estimate was supposed to be 235 per full charge . However as the temperature has now dropped we are now looking at 189 on average for a full charge . I have been in touch with BMW who direct me to a web site ,The dealer is defending the mileage from a fuel charge by saying its the colder weather conditions . However I have recently see the advert for the new full electric i5 and notice the advert shown a mileage from a full charge as being UP to 435 miles . So itt',s obvious to me BMW have changed the wording on mileage It will be interesting to see if the mileage charge on the range of other BMW cars. . Also the deal was a fuel card or a charging point installed we opted fold for a fuel card FOC . it transpires the fuel card is only for BMW approval sites and the dealer has clearly informed me there is no list where these charging stations are again I was in contact with BMW who once again refer me to a web site . My question to BMW was simply they must know where these charging pods/station are as they don't pop up like bulbs in the spring to that end no reply.
