Disappointing!!
I purchased a new 2021 X5 sDrivei and one month after the warranty expired (warranty=4 years 50,000 miles) my AC evaporator sprung a leak. The vehicle only had 35,000 miles on it. I took it to my BMW dealer & they quoted $7,100 to fix it. I was shocked to say the least. I also reached out another BMW dealer, and they quoted the same amount. I have owned many cars in my life, and none ever had the AC go bad at 35,000 miles. For a high-end luxury German car this failure is extremely disappointing. I even called BMW of America, and they would do nothing to assist with the issue. Needless to say, this will be my last BMW. Buyers beware.
