A bone shaker and dubious practices from bmw

Car has £7000 extras including much vaunted adaptive suspension and 19 inch wheels 245/275 tyres.ride on any setting is truly shocking. Throws you side to side in all but the smoothest tarmac.

Yes it goes round bends well and 3.0 diesel has plenty of power.

Two things have convinced me never to buy a bmw ever again.

1. car had 3 good tyres and one on 3 mm. But info on tyre showed it to be made in 2014 so presumably a second hand tyre.

neither BMW or franchised dealer wanted to listen.

2. Car had expensive 5 year service plan when new. Should have had 3 services in five years but has only had 2 because the service plan finished 29 April but service indicator shows not due for 9000 miles ( car has 42000 miles )

More to the point BMW have instructed dealers not to honour service plans that expire with lower miles ( due to low miles under Covid ) so the owner must pay.
