2nd-hand Shogun is top of the tree - again!

Thu, 09 Aug 2001
Mitsubishi's Shogun has been voted Best Used 4x4 for 2002 by 'Used Car Buyer' magazine, the second year in a row it has won this award. Runners up were the Land Rover Freelander and the Jeep Cherokee.

I wonder just how many of these 4x4s ever find their way off the tarmac, though. I suspect the majority of them are used for the school run on weekdays and the supermarket/pub on weekends. Nevertheless, all three make excellent off-road chariots when put to the test.
